Natural remedy to relieve bone pain and improve mental health

An easy recipe to incorporate into your routine

Ingredients (for approximately one week):

  • 2 tablespoons of  unpasteurized honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of  unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Mix everything together in a small bowl, then store the mixture in an  airtight glass jar  in the refrigerator. Every morning, take 2 teaspoons of this mixture on an empty stomach. You can consume it as is, or dilute it in a glass of warm water or a mild herbal tea.
